Why am I receiving a new power supply?
We've partnered with our equipment vendor to identify a limited-production batch of power supplies that, over time, could cause unexpected service interruptions. By replacing them now, we ensure your connection stays uninterrupted and lightning-fast.
Do I need to call or schedule an appointment?
Nope! This is fully self-install. Once your new unit arrives, simply follow the quick steps below.
How do I install the new power supply?
- Unplug the existing power supply from the electrical outlet and the ONT (the small box provided by NOVOS FiBER).
- Plug in your new power supply—one end into the electrical outlet, the other into the ONT.
- Power on and enjoy — no further setup or calls required.
What should I do if my Wi-Fi is slow?
First, try restarting your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds. If issues persist, check for interference from other devices or contact our support team.
What happens to my old power supply?
You do not need to return it. Feel free to recycle or discard it responsibly.
