Faces Behind The Fiber: Jill Lentini

Tell us a little about your background and what led you to NOVOS FiBER?
I’ve got over 19 years of management experience, along with an MBA from UNT. Throughout my career, I’ve always been driven by the challenge of improving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. That’s what brought me to NOVOS FiBER. Here, I’m able to use everything I’ve learned to enhance the customer experience and ensure that our service truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

What do you enjoy most about your role at NOVOS FiBER?
One of the best parts of my job is the day-to-day interaction with our customers. We take customer experience seriously here—there’s no chatbot replacing genuine human connection. I love being able to really listen to our customers, make sure their issues are resolved quickly, and ensure they’re getting the full benefits of our cutting-edge, future-proof fiber technology. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that I’m positively impacting their daily lives by keeping their streaming, gaming, or work running smoothly.

What’s the culture like at NOVOS FiBER?
There’s a sense of community here that makes the workday feel fulfilling. I love that I know the names of everyone around me, whether they’re in IT or Accounting. The office has a positive, entrepreneurial spirit that makes every day enjoyable. Everyone’s working towards the same goal—delivering the best service possible—and that energy is contagious.

What makes you proud to work for NOVOS FiBER?
I’m proud to work for a company that delivers something as important as high-quality, reliable fiber internet. It’s great to hear customers call in and say how much they enjoy our service. Plus, the company culture of kindness and respect really makes it a special place to be. And I get to go home every day knowing I made a difference, not just for the company but for the people we serve. That’s the best part of all.

Outside of work, how do you like to spend your time?
Outside of work, I love staying active. I’m a big fan of running, especially local 5Ks. The Dallas Turkey Trot is my favorite, and it’s become a family tradition to participate every year. I also enjoy biking on the Katy Trail—nothing beats a good ride on a beautiful day. And a fun fact about me: I have a party trick that my kids—and now even my grandkids—love. I can still pull off a headstand at our holiday parties!
