‍Tell us a little about your background and what led you to NOVOS FiBER? 

With over 19 years of management experience and an MBA from the University of NorthTexas, I’ve always been driven by a passion for optimizing operations,increasing profitability, and delivering top-tier customer satisfaction. NOVOSFiBER presented an ideal opportunity to apply my expertise in an innovative industry. Here, I get to leverage my experience to enhance the customer journey and ensure our services make a tangible difference in our customers’ lives. 

What do you enjoy most about your role at NOVOS FiBER? 

The best part of my job? The human connection. At NOVOS FiBER, we take customer experience to heart—no chatbots here. I enjoy listening to customers, resolving their issues swiftly, and ensuring they’re fully experiencing the power of our cutting-edge fiber technology. Knowing that I’m helping keep someone’s streaming, gaming, or workday glitch-free is incredibly rewarding. 

What’s the culture like at NOVOS FiBER? 

Our office feels like a close-knit community where I know everyone by name, from IT to Accounting.There’s a contagious entrepreneurial spirit that keeps things exciting and energizing. We’re all working toward a common goal: providing the best service possible. That unity fuels our team and makes every day feel purposeful.

What makes you proud to work for NOVOS FiBER? 

I take pride in being part of a company that delivers something as essential as reliable fiber internet. Hearing customers express how much they value our service is a great feeling. Moreover, our culture of kindness and respect makesNOVOS FiBER a unique place to work. At the end of the day, knowing I’ve made a difference—both for the company and for the customers we serve—is the most fulfilling part of my role. 

Outside of work, how do you like to spend your time?  

When I’m not at work, I love staying active. I’m an avid runner and participate in local 5Ks, with the Dallas Turkey Trot being a family tradition. I also enjoy biking along the Katy Trail. And here’s a fun fact: I’ve got a headstand party trick that my kids—and now grandkids—still get a kick out of at holiday gatherings!
